By accessing or using the GEKLASS website (the “Website”), you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully before use.

1. Scope

These terms apply to all access, account registration, ordering and use of services on the Website operated by GEKLASS in Vietnam. The warranty, returns, shipping, payment and personal data protection policies form an integral part of these terms.

2. Account

• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when registering.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.
• Please tell us immediately if you notice any unauthorised access.

3. Orders and prices

An order is formed when GEKLASS confirms it to you. Prices and promotions are those shown at the time of ordering. We may adjust or refuse an order in the case of an obvious error in price or product information, or if an item is out of stock; we will notify you and refund any payment already made in line with the Payment Policy.

4. Intellectual property

Trademarks, logos, images, content and software on the Website belong to GEKLASS or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute or commercially exploit them without prior written consent.

5. Prohibited conduct

• Using the Website for unlawful purposes or in a way that harms others.
• Interfering with or disrupting the system, or attempting to gain unauthorised access to it.
• Posting false or offensive content, or content that infringes the rights of third parties.
• Collecting data by automated means without permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, GEKLASS is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the Website, or for force majeure events beyond its reasonable control. This does not exclude any rights you have under consumer protection law.

We may update these terms from time to time. A new version takes effect once published on the Website; the date of the latest update is shown at the top of the page. By continuing to use the Website, you accept the updated terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any dispute will first be resolved through negotiation; if no agreement is reached, the parties may bring the matter before the competent authority in Vietnam.
