Payment Policy

GEKLASS supports several payment methods so you can choose the one that suits you.
1. Payment methods
| Method | Description |

| Cash on delivery (COD) | Pay the courier in cash, where the order and area support it. |
| Domestic ATM card / international card | Pay online through a secure payment gateway. |
| QR code (VietQR) | Scan the code with your banking app for a quick transfer. |
| Bank transfer | Transfer using the details and reference given in your order confirmation. |
2. Instalments
Instalment plans (where available) are published with their conditions, terms and finance provider on the product page or at checkout. Applications and credit limits are assessed by the finance provider.
3. VAT invoices
You can request a value-added tax (VAT) invoice when ordering by providing the full company details. Please send your request while placing the order so we can help in good time.
4. Payment security
Card details are processed by our partner payment gateway; GEKLASS does not store your full card data. Never share an OTP or password with anyone, including anyone claiming to be GEKLASS staff.
5. Failed payments
If money has been deducted but your order is not confirmed, please contact us with the transaction details. We will check with the payment provider and tell you the outcome.
6. Refunds
Refunds are made to the payment method you used when an order is cancelled or a return qualifies (see the Inspection and Returns Policy). When you receive the money depends on your bank or payment provider.
